As a health consultant and coordinator, I assess the circumstances of your life to get an in-depth look at all the presenting issues. This is useful for people who are clarifying healthcare decisions, transitioning to another level of care, or are facing the needs of an aging parent.  

I make referrals to suitable community resources and offer recommendations for how to

navigate your decisions.  I am also available to assess and advocate for the care of an aging parent.  One of the joys of my work is contributing to a sense of clarity and peace of mind for people who are amidst life-changing situations.

I provide heartfelt listening and practical guidance to help ease the emotional pain associated with situations such as the loss of a loved one, the stress of life changes, or the challenges of chronic health conditions. Some of our work together may include breathing techniques, visualization practices, aromatherapy and lifestyle recommendations. Together we would explore ways to find deeper peace and meaning that is authentic and supportive.  

I assist with the preparation and completion of Advance Directives which is a document that conveys your wishes should you become unable to speak for yourself.  This document also identifies your chosen healthcare agent who has agreed to make decisions on your behalf if you were to become incapacitated.  

Another area in which I assist is end-of-life care planning.  Giving forethought and consideration to our final transition is beneficial at any time of our life. This type of planning outlines practical, detailed information about financial accounts, end of life preferences, and important contacts. It sets the stage for what would bring comfort and peace for you and your loved ones.
